| 10-hour shift here i come... mariachi band today...
i spent this whole week cleaning/fixing up my room. and there was much rejoicing.
oh and i got recital approval. woot.

| so on wednesday i worked out at the gym for the first time in almost a year. and...
i. am. sore. and very out of shape. but that will change...
but yeah, i'm STILL sore, 2 days after the workout. but i surprised myself by still being able to bench press the barbell bar (the bar alone w/o plates). i was worried that i'd be unable to do it. huzzah.

| so the UNT trip was good. excellent, in fact.
and when we flew out of El Paso... well, we obviously didn't crash, but apparently we came within 1,000 feet of another airplane, which isn't supposed to happen (but i've heard it happens more often than average people realize)...so we ended up making a crazy dropping move so we wouldn't crash into the other plane, which made all our stomachs fly up into our throats... but nothing else really happened after that, however, it does make for a good story...

| after this percussion recital marathon weekend, i feel really, really down for some reason. i can't figure out why.
and i want a macbook pro. really badly. i fucking hate the computer we have at home (it just died for the second time in 6 weeks).
better get back to cramming for rychard's final...
